Fighters from the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade tracked down Russian soldiers in the Kursk region who were killing Ukrainian prisoners of war. This was reported on Saturday, January 25, by the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Kursk, the paratroopers of the 82nd Separate Air Assault Bukovyna Brigade eliminated a unit of the 155th Separate Naval Infantry Brigade of the Pacific Fleet of Russia. The report mentions that these Russians were killing Ukrainian prisoners of war.
“The hunt for these degenerates who kill our prisoners has been successful and will continue. The Bukovyna paratroopers are ready to send all the war criminals from the 155th Brigade to hell,” the statement reads.
As a reminder, on January 17, it became known that Ukrainian defenders destroyed part of the Russians involved in the execution of Ukrainian prisoners at one of the front lines, while others were forced to surrender.
It was also reported that during the analysis of documents seized from North Korean soldiers, it was revealed that the DPRK fighters witnessed the deaths of their comrades and thus resorted to the execution of Ukrainians in the Kursk region.
