An administrative building in Shepetivka was auctioned off for 170,000 times its starting price.
In the village of Velyka Rishnivka, in the Shepetivka district, an auction was held for the sale of an administrative building. The winning bid in the third round was made by Tetiana Tsvirkun, who offered 170,000 UAH for the property, starting from an initial price of 1 UAH.
The Lenkovets Village Council announced the privatization of a non-residential property on Central Street on December 28, 2024. The starting price for the lot was set at 1 UAH. The description of the property indicated that the winner would receive an administrative building with an area of 153.6 m2, which is in poor condition and requires repairs.
As clarified by ZAXID.NET from the Lenkovets Village Council, in recent years, the balance holder has not invested any money in the maintenance of the property, so according to the legislation, its initial price was only 1 UAH.
The online auction took place on January 6, 2025, on the electronic trading site Prozorro. Sales, with a total of three participants in the bidding. The winning bid was made by Tetiana Tsvirkun, who offered 170,000 UAH for the building.
According to YouСontrol, Tetiana Tsvirkun has been registered as an individual entrepreneur since May 10, 2024. Her activities are related to the production of bread and bakery products, flour confectionery, cakes, and short-term storage pastries.
Additionally, during the last auction, Tetiana Tsvirkun also purchased the former House of Culture in the village of Velyka Rishnivka, which was put up for sale for 1 UAH. The entrepreneur offered 191,000 UAH for the property, and her bid was successful.
