Employee rebooking: the government has streamlined the process.

The Cabinet of Ministers has authorized businesses to reassign employees via the "Diia" portal in real-time. This regulation will be in effect from January 22 to March 1 for enterprises that have updated their status to critical importance. 

This decision was made by the government on January 14.

Currently, there is a requirement to wait 72 hours between the end of the previous booking period and the initiation of a new one.

Additionally, the Cabinet has allowed for the full reservation of employees from medical institutions owned by the state and municipalities (previously, it was 50% of the number of military conscripts). This pertains to public health facilities, institutions engaged in forensic and psychiatric examinations, and blood centers.

Furthermore, the government has granted the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development the authority to approve a list of Ukrainian non-governmental organizations that implement humanitarian projects funded by international partners. 

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that at the end of 2024, the Diia platform introduced cancellation of bookings for military conscripted workers. Such applications can be submitted no more than once every 30 days.
