Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met with his British counterpart, Secretary of State for Defense John Healey.

Umerov reported this on his Facebook page.

“Great Britain is prepared to increase military assistance to Ukraine and to engage European partners more actively in supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Umerov noted.

The ministers discussed the potential for procuring weapons funded by profits from confiscated Russian assets, as well as Great Britain's role in the “Ramstein” format and its readiness to coordinate arms supplies for Ukraine.

“I thank our British allies for their unwavering support for Ukraine in the fight for freedom!” the Ukrainian minister added.
