For example, white beans such as "Yaskа" or "Cannellini" pair excellently with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and various spices.

Ingredients:

Boil the white beans until tender for 1-1.5 hours, as Chef Yevhen Klopotenko suggests. Peel and dice the onion and carrot. Sauté the vegetables until cooked in 3 tablespoons of oil over low heat.

Combine the onion, carrot, and boiled beans. Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, salt to taste, coriander, and 2 cloves of garlic.

Transfer the mixture to a blender, add 50 ml of oil, and blend until smooth. Serve with toasted black bread if desired.
