In Volyn, a Telegram channel administrator was prosecuted for sharing information about draft notice distribution points.

A total of 992 people signed in support of the accused.

The Lubeshiv District Court has sentenced the administrator of a Telegram channel, Kateryna Klystyk, for publishing information regarding the locations and times of summonses issued by the TCC and SP employees. She has been assigned three years of probation supervision for her actions.

According to the verdict dated November 13, from April to May 2024, the Telegram channel administrator Kateryna Klystyk published information about the settlements in the Kamen-Kashirskyi District where summonses were distributed to men. In total, 992 people subscribed to her channel.

The accused has acknowledged her guilt. It is known that she is originally from the village of Dubravtsy in the Republic of Belarus, has three minor children, is unemployed, and has not been previously convicted.

Judge Olha Tsyben has found the woman guilty under Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations) and has imposed a sentence of three years of probation supervision. The decision can still be appealed in the appellate court.
